My name is Prashanth, and I am raising funds for my wife, Chenchala Umarani (26) from Toopran, Medak District, Telangana.
What should have been one of the happiest moments of our lives turned into a heartbreaking tragedy.
Umarani was pregnant with twins when she suddenly developed severe complications and had to undergo an emergency delivery. During childbirth, we lost one of our babies. Our second baby was admitted to the NICU and fought for life for a few days, but despite the doctors' efforts, we lost him too.
As we struggled to cope with the loss of our children, Umarani's own condition became critical. She developed multiple life-threatening complications after delivery, including severe infection, sepsis, kidney-related complications, and other serious medical issues that required intensive treatment and constant monitoring.
She has already spent several days in the MICU and continues to receive specialized treatment at Wellness Hospitals, Hyderabad. While the doctors are doing everything possible to help her recover, her treatment is still ongoing and she is expected to remain hospitalized for at least another week. Her daily treatment, medicines, investigations, and hospital expenses are costing nearly ₹80,000 per day, placing an enormous financial burden on our family.
So far, we have already spent over ₹7 lakh on her treatment. We currently have hospital dues of approximately ₹5.5 lakh, and significant expenses are still expected as her treatment continues. To ensure that Umarani receives uninterrupted medical care and completes her recovery, we are seeking support to raise ₹11 lakh.
I work as a carpenter, and managing such a large medical expense is far beyond my family's means. Today, my only hope is to see my wife recover and return home safely. 🙏
I humbly request your support during this difficult time. Any contribution, no matter the amount, will help us continue Umarani's treatment and recovery. If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing this campaign with others.
Thank you for your kindness, support, and prayers.🙏
